Hi,

Just to clarify, the right side of the inequality is computing the statistical distance of X0,X1 when A can get any r with uniform distribution on {0,1)^n,
and the left one is for a fixed one (which gives determinstic distinguisher), thus we can upper bound any non-uniform distinguisher with deterministic one?

Yes (except that it's not called the statistical distance, but rather just the distance relative to $A$. The statistical distance is the maximum over all unbounded $A$).
