Would appreciate a clarification- what is the meaning of the statement: "there exists computationally-secure (secret-key) encryption"? Encryption for what? For (X,S_b)?

For messages of arbitrary polynomial length (we actually saw in class that computationally secure encryption for some poly $\ell >n$ implies computationally secure encryption for all poly $\ell$ so there's really only one way to interpret what it means to have computationally secure encryption).
